Confirmation of documents received?

Hi All,
I have submitted my application to become a british citizen UK Born Mother, I was born before 1983.
I am in South Africa.
I have submitted the application online and made payment 21/3/2019
Couriered Documents 22/3/2019
Received confirmation of my application 22/03/2019
Courier confirmed that my documents were signed for 25/03/2019 11:21 am

But I have not received a confirmation from the Home office.
Should I expect one?
I am quite stressed it went to the wrong place or something.

I would appreciate someone with experience to advise.

I can't speak for your specific application, but generally the only thing happening will be debiting of the fee and request for biometric, and then the decision letter.

My fee was taken immediately as I applied online and paid by card.
Ill have to keep my fingers crossed it has been received by the correct person/department.
As mentioned I received the confirmation of my application, but this was before I sent my documents.

I think we have to trust the internal processes of UKVI to get the paperwork to the right person. Deduction of the fee is a good sign.
