Tier 2 Main applicant on ILR- Spouse Visa

Dear Admin,

I was on Tier 2, now i had ILR and i left my job last week, my Wife extension is due in July 2019, she have saving more than £630 in her account specially reserved for visa maintenance.
as i know we can apply Tier 2 Spouse visa.

At the moment i m making plan to start my own business but it will take me few months.
my query is at the moment i m not working, there will be any issue for her extension?
