Hi,
I understand that this topic must have been discussed many a time, but after going through several threads I am still confused hence thought to start a new topic and get some advise from experts.
My wife is applying for FLR (M), her initial visa was granted in Jul 2016 (outside UK) when I was holding a settled status (ILR) in UK. Now I am a British citizen as well as my son who was born in Oct 2017.
My wife and myself, we both are working in a our own private limited company as directors. I was appointed director in May 2017 and my wife in May 2018 in the same company. (We both are working as self employed in the same company)
We both get salaries and dividends from the company. In current financial year (2018-19) we have combined salary of £20,400 excluding any dividends etc.
Our company's financial year runs from May to June. I have got the last company financial years accounts (year ending June 2018) certified by an accountant who is a member of ACCA (RSB).
I am planning to use last 12 months salary slips (April 2018 - March 2019) for both of us (as stated earlier combined income of £20,400) as an evidence to meet financial criteria. I have listed the documents below, which I have collected and prepared for the visa purpose, would anyone be able to advise me on this please?
1. Last 12 month salary slips. (It's NOT on company headed paper, not sure if it will make any difference since it's our own company)
2. RTI, employer submission report and accountant submission report to HMRC for each month.
3. P60s
4. Company's last financial year account (certified by an approved accountant).
5. Company Tax Return CT600 and HMRC acknowledgement.
6. Company Tax payment ack. by HMRC.
7. Individual Bank Statements showing salaries being transferred as per RTI.
8. Business/Company bank statements covering the time from May 2017 till 28th March 2019.
9. Company Incorporation certificate.
10. A current Appointment Report from Companies House (this is from May 2018 when my wife as appointed as director, there is no change since then. I hope Home Office will accept this).
11. Certificate of VAT Registration
12. VAT Return of Last full FY
13. HMRC PAYE Reference
14. Evidence of ongoing employment as a director or other employee of the company ( I believe the salary slips would show the ongoing employment, as latest salary slip is of March 2019).
My wife's visa is expiring on 14th April 2019. We are looking to use Super Priority service.
Any advise/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
I will update the list before submitting for visa and update afterwards on how it goes for anyone who wish to refer it near future.
Regards,
Kay
