Filled Wrong form but biometric is not yet done

My wife applied for her ILR yesterday using the online form and booked an appointment for biometrics after making the payment. Today when I reviewed her form, I realised that she has filled the SET-LR form for 10 year route. But she should have filled the SET-M form for 5 year settlement as a spouse of a person settled in the UK.

We are not sure what to do now and I plan to contact UKBA for further actions. Any suggestions on what we should do? We saved many months for her application fee and it is a big tragedy to loose it all. As we have not done the biometrics yet, I guess UKBA should not have picked up our application for processing and should be hopefully understanding. Did anyone make similar mistake and got your fees refunded?
