British Citizenship aaplication

Hi All,

Apologise in advance if already someone asked this question.

In the section 1. question 1.3. I need to give date I was given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK. Considering that I am EEA national, what date I need to give? Is it date of my first arrival to the UK?
I already held Permanent Resident card for over year but not ILR card.

Just to add more info, I arrived in 2007, and the country I come from was already in EU. I have checked the Booklet AN on pages 10 and 11 as advised but still its not quite clear to me.
