10 days left Can I apply to SS rout now?

Hi

I have got 10 days left in my GNIB card- at IE to expire (visa was extended from 3 months to 6 months);
Requested to renew and the letter will be posted.

Any chance to let me know if I can apply to SS rout now?
I am dependent on my child-

proof of dependency-
proof of relationship-

spent 6 months together with EU and center of life exercised at IE

Son- have been excercising EU Treaty in IE
He has got a job offer lined up in UK

Please put me your advice urgently.
