Looks like you are working as a contractor with a limited company? If so please state that.

Generally;

- CT600 for your company after full 12 months since company incorporated.
- Evidence of CT600 filing
- Current appointment report
- Company incorporation certificate
- Unaudited accounts from a certified account as per home office list of approved groups (its RSB or something i forgot)
- Bank stmts of company n both of you
- Dividend vouchers and evidence of transactions
- VAT certificate if you are paying VAT and VAT submission report
- Salary slips for both you
- Submission report to HMRC of salary slips
- p60s if available

You can also combine the income of both of you and your wife for last financial year - however as far as I understand you cannot combine income from company, if the company financial year is different then your personal financial year.

I hope other experienced members can shed more light on this.

Please explain your circumstances with more detail, when company was created, are you both registered as self-employed, company tax-tear etc etc.

HTH.

Regards,
Kay
