Tier 2 General Visa & PBS dependent

Hi,

I am on PBS tier 2 to dependent visa on my husband's tier 2 ICT visa.

I have sponsorship in progress for Tier 2 General visa, for which my husband and I have to travel back to India to apply.

We don't have a marriage certificate, as we never got it registered. Though during my PBS dependent application, we provided proof of living together and all documents required by UK Home Office.

Now we are in the same situation. Can you please advise instead for marriage certificate can the same procedure work? Or because I have the valid dependent visa and switching to Tier 2 general and my husband from Tier 2 ICT to PBS dependent on my application we have a proven the case already? If not, what are the list of documents we need to provide with UK visa application to prove we live together and are married?
