Naturalisation of Child born in UK after parents' ILR application

Hi,

I have a query about a child who was born in the UK while the parents were on Tier 2 General Visa. Now the parents are eligible to apply for ILR. So should they include the child on ILR application as well or they can wait to obtain their own ILR and then apply for the child's naturalisation?
Moreover, if the parents leave the UK after ILR (before child got his naturalisation), can the child apply for naturalisation from another country? How long does this naturalisation process take (within UK) or outside UK?

Any help on this would be really appreciated!
