I sent my documentation on the 25th of March via Royal Mail, and they arrived to the correspondent P.O BOX in Sheffield on the 26th of March. So far I have not received any mail from HO confirming the reception of my documents. I have written to the mail service, but their responses are vague and they do not really offer any information about my documents... any advice? has any of you experienced something similar? is there any other mail or phone I can get in touch with ?
