Hi All,

I visited the UK on a tourist visa in April 2009 (visa 01/2009-07/2009) for the Easter break (10 days), I returned to the UK on a tier 4 student visa in September 2009 and I have been resident in the UK since then.
Can I apply for ILR from April 2019 or September 2019?
