the new guidlines in the BIA website explains that the the exisiting WP holders need to go under the PBS from the SEPT-2008. what if they didnt find a an employer who dont have certificate of sponsorship?

yes, there are transitional arrangments , but, as per the guidlines, for change of employment for exisiting WP holders, not only the new employer need to have a certificate of sponsorship but also they need to advertise the post in order to test the resident labour market.

I have just recieved work permitt last month. So this mean in september I have go through all that process again? I mean meeting point criteria again, and my employer has to have a certificate of sponsorship. what the heck man!

yes, indeed true, the decision more favourable to the employers. completly human right viloations. if you get a ridiculous employer , that will be end of your life in UK. it will be like a prison sentance.

I dont understand what you are saying
my question to mooty is why he thinks he has to do the process again in september when he just got his work permit last month.

republique, i replied to a common question in this forum not yr question, if mooty wants to change employment after sept-2008 , he need to go through the new procedure

If you have a WP, you can stay with your current employer until it expires.

When you come time to renew, you will need to renew under Tier 2.

If you switch to a new employer, you will need to come under Tier 2.

During this summer, there are some transitional arrangements in place (such as, in some cases, WP holders can bypass the Resident Labour Market test, and employers may not need a Certificate of Sponsorship to bring in an employee .. the BIA doesn't have very many employers in the program (yet)).

But, it will all be pretty solid Tier 2 within the next three or four months.
