Best format to provide wedding pictures to avoid, scanning failures

Post by fj189 » Tue Apr 23, 2019 2:55 pm

Dear Members,
we applied for a spouse visa from Pakistan that got rejected due to some stupid reason and one of which was that communication history not provided. while we provided 70 pages of WhatsApp communication record etc. our pictures together etc.

I feel that person scanning documents in Sheffield failed to scan the documents, so.

so, we are applying again and have a question, what best format the wedding and afterward couple's pics be provided.
1---standard 4 x 6 pictures
2---pictures in form of an album on A4 size, printed from a regular printer

any help how you presented the pictures in your case will be appreciated.

thanks

Which ever size photo you prefer but printed on A4 sized paper. So maybe a photo size where you can get 4/6 photos onto one paper to reduce total number of pages?

Helpful to add date and location of photo against each photo so Home Office can see the ‘timeline’.

However why don’t you request a reconsideration if you feel they made an error? Can involve your MP also. This would be potentially quicker than reapplying but also save cost of another visa fee.

thanks for your quick response.
reconsideration is not an option, a right of appeal is given, taken 4-6 months before they consider the case. and once considered if its a mistake from scanning staff and papers are not scanned, i'll have no way to prove it ..... so spending again for new case to save time and risk...
