Any visa duration criteria for parents visiting visa ?

Hi,
my husband got ilr this January, and i am still on the dependent visa(tier2 dependent) until upcoming end of September.
i am planning to apply for visitor visa for my parents, main sponser would be my husband. Can i still invite them, as i have 6 months visa left and my husband has ilr. Are there any problems with that ?
Just thought of checking.
