ILR 10 years (student visa+ work permit + HSMP)

Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could guide me. I have been in the UK for nearly 10 years but could not apply for ILR after 4 years of work permit as the rule change required 5 years. I was committed to B school and I had to switch to student visa in my home country as this could not be done in the UK. I came and work for a month on my work permit before switching to full time education.

4 years student visa
4 .5 years work permit but switched to student visa after 4 years, worked on work permit for a month before resuming education.
Currently on HSMP.
