EEA Family Member (non eu) - Residence Card
I received a Biometric Enrollment Letter and the DOB is incorrect. I already emailed EuroBiometrics@homeoffice.gov.uk informing them of the error. In response to my email I received an automated email saying they will respond to me in 21days (it has now been 7 days) However the email also says:
“Please be aware the personal details held on your biometric enrolment letter will reflect your current Passport or ID card (if EEA National). Your requested personal details have been recorded and a caseworker will consider whether these can be amended later in the consideration process.
Please arrange to enroll your biometric information at your nearest Post Office Ltd providing the service, to avoid your application being rejected.
Please note, we will not reply to your email which will be deleted.”
What should I do? Should I wait for them to reply and send me an amended letter? Or should I enroll my Biometric now with the incorrect DOB? My 15 days are almost up and idk what to do.
