Query on ILR Application

Hi

I've already applied and just found 'immigration boards' where timelines for ILR (SET O in may case) have been posted and it looks like a long wait for a standard application.

My question is, does anyone know if I can opt in to the 5-day priority service after I've already submitted my application?

I called UKVI and they suggested contacting Sopra Steria, but I have been on hold twice and couldn't hold any longer today. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.
