Salary Increase

my friend's employer giving more salary to her that mentioned in the WP. do the employer need to inform the home office about this change?

Normal annual increases are ok. A big jump in salary is usually due to a big change in duties/responsibilities and probably the HO should be notified.

Ideally Home Office say's any changes in terms of role and salary chages should be intimated to Home Office, to fit the applicant into a right tax slab's....
