Please can you advise what documents did you submit when you first applied and what additional documents did u send again?
The reason of asking is that i am also non-eea and planning to apply. Been fighting for my PR since Jun 2016.
And also if your EEA-National got any status (pre or settle).
If you can guide the whole process it will help many.
Much appreciated.
Sorry my son got coa on 22 april and one more time they send him coa on 1st of may i dont know why they send for him 2 times he is eea national as welltahir42007 wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 6:04 pmThankshrak1978 wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 5:46 pmCongrats @tahir42007

When i applied and sumbit application it says it found records of my residence and benefits but couldnt find if i was resident for last 6 months and asked me to upload documents for last six months which i did by uploading 6 months credit card statements photos. In the email i received today they asked me proof of residence from april 2017 to december 2018. I just logged in to my online banking and download pdf statements for this period and send to them and after about 15 minutes got confirmation of settled status.
My wife is eea citizen for her i applied on 19 april and uploaded 5 p60 thats it. She was granted settled status on 7th may. I applied for my son at the same day as me he got coa on 1 of may as me but still pending settled status.
My immigration history is
Came here on student visa on 2010 extented again in 2012 and got married in feb 2014 got 5 year residence card in april 2014.
Let me know if i have missed something
congratulations Matetahir42007 wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 5:41 pmNon eu settled timeline

My NI was used for proof of my residency, i sent copy of ex EU ID which expires in 2022, marriage cert and i also contacted council and they sent me a letter to say myself and my ex were liable for council tax in 3 different addresses for a 6 year period. The letter clearly stated the addresses we both lived in and her name was on this letter as well.askmeplz82 wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 11:15 amgigtom wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 8:07 amMy Timeline;
