Haadiz wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 1:04 amDear Seniors & All,
I am a bit confused here and I was wandering if you can assist me on the following matters;
Timeline of Main Applicant
- Tier 1 Visa Granted: 20th December 2013 & Arrived in the UK in January 2014
- Tier 1 Extension Approved: November 2017
- Current Visa Validity: November 2019
I have completed my 5 years back in November 2018, but I have still not submitted as yet but I am planning to do this soon.
Timeline of Mrs and 2 Children
- Tier 1 Dependant Visa granted: July 2014
- Extension approved: November 2017
- Current Visa Validity: November 2019
Please help me with the following queries
1. Since my Dependants has not completed full 5 years to be eligible for ILR but they would be in July 2019. Is this ok to wait and apply all with main applicant once they complete their 5 years residence?
Its entirely up to you. You can apply alone or together after July as you all have visa validity till Nov 2019. If you apply in June alone and your ILR is approved, your dependents can use super priority 24 hour service also at an additional cost. Note they must apply before their visa expiry anyways regardless of your decision pending or not at that time. They can apply anytime before their visa expiry even if you apply alone. Always best to apply alone first. I think its cost effective way so your have the certainty before you apply for dependents also. Having said that, decision is entirely up-to you as you have two choices
2. I understand that the main applicant does not required maintenance to show but if In case we all apply together, do I need to show 90 days maintenance for my dependants ILR application?
There is no maintenance requirement for dependents either on SET(O) ILR
3. Can my Mrs send her Personal Bank Statement for maintenance if we all apply together?
Not needed
4. Regarding Cohabitation Documents, we hardly have had any thing in joint. However, we live together at the same address since initial visa application, is this ok to send only individual documents from 3 different sources for the past 2 years (Quarter Basis)?
Send best whatever you have, you can send UK driving license, nhs letters, council tax bill, electricity/gas bills, tv license, bank statements etc.. you need some docs if you have children aged 16 or over. Any children over 18 needs LIUK and English requirement also
I hope to have your response soon.
Cheers
Thank you for your advice and I am glad that there is no such need for Maintenance requirement when applying for Dependant ILR.tier11417 wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 2:01 amHaadiz wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 1:04 amDear Seniors & All,

Make really sense to me. Just wondering if God for bid some thing happened to my application before November, do I need to submit fresh application along with all Dependants?tier11417 wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 2:31 amIf God forbid something goes wrong you will loose all the fees including your dependents fee. So I think applying alone is risk free in that sense. You can always use standard service for your dependents even after your IlR is granted (in that case you will be certain and less risk). If you apply now and you get your ILR sorted before Nov 2019 (dependents can use super priority then). If your ILR is still under process till Nov 2019, they still must have to apply before their visa expiry but can always apply separately and join your application. In that case they will only get a decision after you get yours first.
In that case depends what your other options are but lets not talk about it. Stay positive and follow the guidance. You will get urs inshaAllah.Haadiz wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 2:36 amMake really sense to me. Yes and you will include a letter to hold their case until your AR decision is made (hypothetical).Haadiz wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 2:53 amThankstier11417 wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2019 2:38 amIn that case depends what your other options are but lets not talk about it. Just in case, if visa get refused and I may go for Admin Review, then what visa category my Dependant will apply for, still ILR? Offcourse I will submit their application before their expiry and I would wait until 1st November and if no response them I will submit their applications. But which category?
