hi

i asked VFS regadring the document evidance for Engish language apart from Original degree certificate, (my degree and univer appering in self assment tool) thier reply is

'with regards to your query, pleased to inform you that you need to get a letter from the university where you studied'

can members who received Tier 1 visa can guide us.

Anyways, if your awarding University and Degree is appearing in BIA points calculator, in both Educational Qualification section and English language section, then you dont need to submit any letter from your university. The Tier 1 policy guidance doesn't mention letter from university as an acceptable evidence for Tier 1 (does it??).

I would be *very* careful with what VFS has to say about Tier 1 documentary evidence(s). Best to check with BHC directly.
