My enquiry is regarding visa application, the decision to refuse my visa application has been overturned and i already submitted my IHS payment & also submitted my passport to VFS Global india on 22 march 2019. They told me that my passport will come within maximum 15 working days & they will call me, but now it's more then 2 months now. i haven't received my passport & also didn't got any call from you. I also call on number provided by customer care executives i.e., +44-2034811736 , +44-2030800010 , +44-3002220000 they all are paid calls , i called them so many times but they don't assist me properly also not able to help me on this.
I need to know why my passport hasn't arrived yet.
I already win the case & decision already overturned.
kindly assist me when will i get my passport. Can you please help me

I’m in a similar position, but I applied from Nigeria. I submitted my passport on 29th April. I called them through the paid phone, and they said the passport and visa stamp will be ready in 10-15 days. I’m still waiting. They haven’t even sent the link for me to pay IHS. Smh

I will contact my local mp today and ask him to get involved in expediting the process. I advise you do the same. I guess that’s the only option we have now.
