Will DMP will effect ILR and citizenship

Dear Members,
i am on Teir 2 general visa and has extension on 11th july 19.
I am having £54K of debts ( OD+ CC'S) and its out of my reach to pay back (interest and capital amount). I would like to go for DMP (Debt management plan) . will this effect my ILR and ~British citizenship . Please advise
