Tier 2 ICT Dependent Continue Working while the Main Applicant staying outside UK

Hi All,

I have Tier 2 ICT Long term visa up to 05-Jun-2021. My wife has dependent visa up to 05-Jun-2021.

She is working currently in the UK paying all Taxes and NI and not dependent on any of the government funds.

My current project with one of my customer is ending and they are not planning to start another project for next 2 -3 months.

My company has said me to go back to India and return back when the new project starts.

If we move back to India for short period of time then she will have to resign.

It is fine for me to travel back but i don't want my wife to loose her current job under such circumstance.

Is it possible for my wife to continue leaving in UK and working till the time she has a valid visa even though myself being the main applicant stays outside UK till i get the new project assigned?

If anyone can share any link which i can refer than that would be of great help?
