refused case management

I applied for ILR after 6yrs discretionary leave to remain after asylum refusal on 2012. The letter for biometric i received comes from refused case management??? what that means?

It is unit in the home office. It is likely the department that deals with failed asylum applicants who later got DLR. No need to worry

Hi claim seven years to my son in last Nov 2018 still I didn’t here anything last Friday I received form my solicitor it’s in Refused case management unit... if anyone no why it take long to give decisions cuz it refuses am worrying about... my past asylum case refused.
