Biometrics done on : 30 Mar
CoA received : 05 Apr
Turnaround time to CoA after biometrics: 5 working days (Mon-Fri)
So far, it looks like the system works. I am actually impressed because the new casework team probably got a ton of these cases on the first weekend and they have started to get cases moving in 5 days.

Who got biometric pr card they got their settled status in 2 weeks . Who got permanent resident card in passport like it tooks them to give me settled status 2 month . Good luck everyoneoxy78 wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2019 8:43 amThank you for you answer!Sherdiplomat wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2019 3:38 amHi . you will not send your passport to HO . Just apply online . I received my one 12.04.19. But Iam still waiting for my settlement.oxy78 wrote: ↑Sat May 25, 2019 12:24 pmHello.Sherdiplomat wrote: ↑Wed May 22, 2019 4:53 pmHi everyone. I got my permanent resident card in 2014 . And permanent resident sticker was in my passport. I applied online for settlement status on 1.04.2014 . I gave my biometric information in Croydon on 10.04.19. And got COA on 12.04.19 . Still waiting decision from Home Office . It’s nearly 2 month . And I was granted Permanent resident card in 2014. In HO website says if you got Permanent resident card we don’t need nothing and we will swipe your PR to settlement status . I don’t know why it’s taking 2 month . anyone in same situation ?
I also have NON biometric permanent resident sticker in my NON biometric passport in 2014. I just want to ask you. You applied online trough home office website? Do you need to send your passport to home office? I am non EU with non biometric permanent residence and with non biometric passport. I can't apply trough app. But I can't find information do I need to send passport.
Thank you.
I think it's take longer because our permanent residence is not biometric.
I have 2 friend with biometric PR they received settled status in 2 weeks. I think it's because straightforward and automated. But if case need more ( biometric details) attencion it's probably just need to wait when case worker look at it. I know 1 person French citizen. She was living in UK since 1972. She never applied for PR. We applied for her settled status in March. Long wait. 2 weeks ago home office called and tell her they start looking at her case. So 1 week ago she recieved her settled status.
We don't have biometric PR so it's not very straightforward. It's also depends how busy Case worker.

i came to uk jan 2012 as Tier 4 student.
Then got married to EEA citizen in Aug,2014 and changed my status to "Residence card of family member of an EEA national.
I have been in Uk for 7.5 years and my 5 year residence card is expiring in Feb,2020.
I was trying the Eu exit app to apply for settlement scheme.
But when i am scanning my residence document it says British Nationals doesn't to apply for this and i tried passport first page as well but it says wrong document.
I have Pakistan Passport , has any one applied with Pakistan passport before ?
Thank you very much in advance.
Thanks
So you didn't have to submit your biometrics again? I understood that they were telling you that your applications was stopped because they needed your biometrics. Well at least that's what they are telling to me. My MP replied back to me and they are reviewing my case, hopefully, I can get same support as you! crossing fingers!amralialla100216 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2019 8:08 amGood morning,
I hope you are all okay.
Finally, today I have received my pre-setled status after 2 months waiting. To calrify, I am holder of Tier 4 visa, but I applied using my passport.

Application Made:- 30/03/2019
Bio Done:- 11/04/2018
CoA Received:- 22/04/2019
Status Received:- 31/05/2019
Please who is still waiting contact your MP this will speed things up for you ! If you keep waiting without further actions your application will not move as fast as it should be. My application stayed at the same stage for 45 days until I contacted my MP and within two weeks I received my decision.

I hope you will get the same support just to know once the home office receive your MP Email they will speed things up. Because yesterday i received email from my MP saying that the home office answered him and there is a technical issues on my application and they can't tell a time scale for when it will be solved. And after that one hour I received my status. So what I think is just MP contacting them will help to speed the things up and care about your case more ! Especially if you've been waiting for a long time.
