I am also waiting eagerly to get the result, Below is my timeline / journey of my application so far.
Initial applicant Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa £200 K route, Independent Director of UK registered company
- Online Application at VFS, India: 04-Mar-19
- Biometric done: 12-Mar-19
- Application received at sheffield: 25-Mar-19
- Below mail from UKVI: 04-Apr-19
- Interview invitation: 07-Apr-19Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 60 working days.
Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.
- Interview: 11-Apr-19
- On 13-May-19, escalated to UKVI through mail after paying £5.58.
- On 14-May-19, received below mail from UKVI call centre's
- On 23-May-19, received below mail from UKVI decision making centreThank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.
With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision. We have escalated the details that you provided to the relevant department. You should be contacted regarding your case within 15 working days from the date of escalation.
.......Thank you for your enquiry. Due to the need to undertake further checks on these specific cases, we are unfortunately unable to resolve a proportion within service standard. We are currently working through these cases and hope to resolve as soon as possible.
Has anyone come across the similar situation, the above reply looks to be more generic in nature but if anyone could make out, now, how much time would now be taken by UKVI to make a decision. ?
