Which Test is the most easy and best?

Which Test is the most easy and best?

Dear all,

My university does not fall into list of universities that meet the english language requirement (though it meets the degree requirements) in self assessment tool at BIA website.

Now I was thinking to take IELTS but I am not sure whether I can have some other test which is more easy and convenient.

Does anybody has any suggestion or experience?

One clarification, I am applying for extension and my case was approved as per old rules of HSMP.

Thank you very much for your help.

Based on the referenced material I don't need to take any test for english language as I have already provided the evidence while maiking the initial aplication.
