Hi
I'm a non-EU national who is the spouse of a British citizen.
We are currently living in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, under EEA Family Permit granted 5 years.
We have lived here about 2 years and half.
My wife (British) has almost finished her degree from University.
So in the future we would like to go back to UK where we got married and my wife's home is.

We heard there is a route called Surinder singh
And I looked up the eligibility to apply.

We are living in a European country by EEA Family Permit now for more than 2 years.
We can provide house bills under both our names for more than 2 years, University course evidence, my full-time job pay slip.

When we go back to UK
We'd like to apply family permit based on Surinder Singh route since Spouse visa requires lots of money just to apply without certainty that the Visa will be granted.

So I was wondering if I can get some advice from someone who has been through this route because I'm not sure just from reading the information online.
And want to check if me and my wife are eligible for surinder route on our situation as I described on the first line.
