Hello everyone
Can anyone I am a non EU member and married to an EU. We got married in July 2014 and now we are seperated in March 2019 but still legally married although divorce process is underway. Our marriage will be 5years in July 2019.
We have both lived together in UK for more than 5years
My question is
Can I apply for ILR in July 2019
Will the separation not affect my application?
