Hi have been living in Ireland for 17 years now, came to work with a working visa and contract which at the time was after 3 years then i was entitled to an Irish Passport, but things did not go to plan because the moment we arrived in the country he the boss immediately took our passports from us and by saying he was going to extend the visa since at the time we only had 3 months visa on our passports, and so we agreed but after days of keep on asking about our pp he kept lying to us and months kept on passing while still working, and were also under paid and treated badly working from monday to sunday with no day off and from morning to midnight.
It turned out everything was a lie from the boss including the contact turn to be fake and that we are in the country illegally and that forced some of us to run away, and some of us who had guts went to the government and reported the issue, well to cut the story short some of us were awarded stamp 4 nothing more and we got our pp back.
Now the question comes since then i have been using my country pp to travel to my country and to be stamped but recently when was coming back from my country i was stopped in there airpot for almost an hour and then was let go so i came home and after 2 weeks i received a letter from justice asking me to return my passport and that i shouldn't had it in the first place after i was given stamp 4,otherwise my stamp 4 will be revoked, at the moment i live with nothing to identify myself, no any document whatsoever, am very confused and very disturbed someone please advice.
