Tier 4 to Tier 2 switch (Failed 1 subject!)

Hi guys,

I have just completed my MBA in May and got the result. Unfortunately I failed 1 subject. I am planning to switch my Tier 4 visa to Tier 2 soon in the future. Can someone please let me know whether the fact that I failed 1 subject and need to resit will affect my Tier 2 application? I read the sponsor guidance, they said student can apply to switch before the completion date of the course. But this is not clear as they don't mention if it's possible when one subject is failed. Before this course i already had another UK degree. My visa is ending on 10/9/19.
