Non EU family member to stay with EU national in UK

Hi.
Just a query
I am a dual citizen (SPANISH & filipno citizen) and currently residing in UK. I am currently employed(permanent type) and been here in UK for 3 years now and I already got a pre-settle status. My husband and I just recently got married in the Philippines and I wanna take him here with me in UK. My question is, Is it possible that he could come in UK under the EU settlement scheme family permit? Thank you
