English Requirments Tier 2 Re-entry?

Apologies in advance if this question has been answered before.

hi ! Me and my partner came to UK on tier 2 in april 2016 then I switched to tier 2 dependent in 2017 . Now i got GP training contract starting in august and recieved certificate of sponsorship. I want to re-switch to Tier 2 . I gave UKVI ielts in 2016 which has now expired.

I want to know whether i need to re-take UKVI ielts for tier 2 or my previous result card will be sufficient (which has expired now )
