TLS Contact Priority Visa Service for EUSS FP

Planning to apply for EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit as the non-EEA spouse of an EEA national, from outside the UK.

When I book the appointment with TLS Contact Rabat I see the Priority Visa Service (Settlement) add-on is available. While it's an eye-watering £573 I wonder if it makes a difference at all. I read somewhere that there is no priority service for EEA FP applications (not sure if the same applies to EUSS FP).

Related question, I wonder if the Keep My Passport add-on works in this case, too.
