Question about FLR(IED) form

Hi All,

I have some questions related to filling of FLR (IED) form:

1. Qn 4 in form asks about your reference number, is it mandatory to fill

2. Qn 16 asks about 'your WP or TWES reference number' - is this same as 'our reference number' on the IED document which my employer has received from Home office.

3 Qn 17 in form asks about 'Your home office reference number' - is this same as the original WP number which I used for Entry clearance from my native country.

4. I have been approved of change of employment application, so do we need to send the copy of the approved IED letter along with FLR application.


I am very soon to apply for FLR(IED) as my current leave expires soon, you prompt response is much appreciated...
