can someone help me please....... currently a student my visa is about to run out , i need to sent my pay slips to prove the number of hours i have been working but unfortunately i tore all my pay slips can i send the bank statement showing how much amount of money went i need help urgently.

You can try to get replacement payslips or a letter confirming your working hours, pay per hour and salary from your employer. If you can't get the documents on time, explain in the covering letter that you will send them as soon as you can, but send your application before your visa runs out, at all costs.

Also the amount coming in to your account will be small if you were working part-time. Get any P60's you might have and go to the site below to get replacement payslips. You might want to get them certified by the employer.

iceman010899, why are you advertising a website that charges £10 for half an A4 sheet of paper with some sums on it. I cannot see who would want to use this site appart from the naive or criminally minded.

I wonder if it was set up by an enterprising HSMP person to "help" other people get their extensions etc.

Whoever has registered the domain name of this site is not listed on who is, but N17 7HG seems to house a lot of replacement payslip services. Handy that they all have a mobile number when you need that payslip urgently to get your loan or mortgage, or perhaps when you need an extension to a visa.

If there is nothing to hide, why pay lots of money to get someone to fabricate supporting documents.

I just did a quick search in google. He needs replacements for lost payslips so I thought this might be the way to do it.
