ILR and 3 point from court

Hi,
I m on Entrapronur Visa and completed my 5 years and my ILR is due in August 2019.
But I was caught on speed camera last September 2018 allowed speed was 40,and I was on 48.
Court fined me and 3 penalty on license
Should I apply for ILR in August???
If not do I have to continue 2 full time employees for further 2 years ?
As my current visa is until 15-07-2020, do I have to extend my visa ?
Please advise

Speeding fines have no effect on ILR
