Hello everyone,
My spouse applied for a family visit visa recently she will be staying with me for 6 weeks as she has holidays from work ( she works in a school so it is summer term )
She has provided evidence of all her financial situation etc and that she owns a flat back in her home country.
She provided my address where she will be staying and my name but I did not provide any form of invite or proof that I live at the address. ( it was an oversight on my part ) as the document requirements were not on the checklist and also I am not technically sponsoring her visit she is paying for herself just staying with me.
Is this likely to lead to a certain rejection or is their still hope?
