I had submit my human rights submissions last week. Today my solicitor received a letter from home office. They said they want me to submit 1 relevant English test certificate.im going to do so. In sha Allah will give an ielts exm from trinity college nd send them in. Any one has got this kind of letter? Pls let me know. Thanx

Thanx buddy... is it the general or academic i should go for? Nd what does it mean for asking the test certificate? R they going to issue me a visa after sending the certificate or need to wait to get a right to appeal? Pls let me know if u have any idea about this. Regards

When u go on the trinity college website u will find out b2 its just an english speaking test. Dont go for ilets its a long process and if u get less marks they raise the issue just do B2 its easy. And if u get good mark they may issue u a visa directly without going to court.

B2 also has 4 component like ielts, isnt it? i ve checked trinity college web and found that. Nyway i don't have my passport with me. Its in home office. Either they need to send me my passport or authorised copy of passport. Without it i can't give exm. My solicitor is going to write a letter for my passport. Lets see what they do now.

But there is showing reading writing listening and speaking for b2 exm. There is no seperate speaking test in trinity college web i can see.

First all of please accept my apology for delay reply.
how are you and how was your hearing went.
Right now, I am in a very precarious and difficult situation, as I have an upcoming hearing on July 18th, for which I require evidence from the SRA, Without this evidence, my solicitor has said that they will be unable to proceed with the hearing. My complaint was registered with the SRA 11 months ago, and I know that they are reviewing my case. But the situation now is urgent as I only have two weeks before the hearing, and my solicitor said they are unable to proceed for hearng, Please could you, or somebody else, help me with this matter? I would very much appreciate any advice or help that you can give me.

My hearing was ok perfect still waiting for the judges decision.

do you have a report or email from SRA?

why you dont chase SRA to get a report from them.

Ask your lawyer to do this for you they should send a letter to SRA and find out. you can still go to court dont miss your hearing I understand your case is very complicated but dont worry and dont give up you will be fine in sha allah just relax.

contact SRA on monday please see if its taking long to take a response from them tell your lawyer to contact first tier tribunal to give you another date you can change your hearing date.

I dont really understand I cant write every thing here but if I see you I can help you change your lawyer i will give the best lawyer. most of the lawyer they like to take money but they dont do the job properly.

Thanks friend for ur information. One more thing whats the outcome of ur friend decesion? Has he got visa directly or got right of appeal? Nd trinity college web for b2 its showing 4 component. I couldn't find only English speaking test.

R u sure about b1? Will it work? Though in home office letter they mentioned nothing but relevant english test certificate .but my solicitor was saying to give b2. Ny i will double chk with him again why he is saying about b2. By the way whats the outcome of ur friends result? Has he got visa or right of appeal? Which test he gave b1 or b2? Plsletme know. Thank u so much my friend. So he got visa with b1? My solicitor said b1 will work. He said for extra precaution its better to give b2 if im prepared enough. Im not worried about speaking nd listening. But bit worriedd about my writing nd reading score .

The reason why they do this now is because they are trying to avoid extra costs. they lost every single case in the court and then they should pay back all the costs so thats why they asked you for it incase if they refuse you they will give you reason and right of appeal and then the judge will allow your appeal.

B1 for graduate entrepreneurs one which contain 4 component. As my last visa was tier 1 entrepreneur. He said by any chance if they rise an issue then we can fight that for tier 1 b1 with 4 component is required at this moment. All the best for u
