I fell in love in china while teaching English . Me and my fiance our expecting a baby in January. She is South African and I am a UK citizen. How do I get her here . She has been declined a marriage visa.

My current plan is to go to South Africa and meet her in 10 days, get married, stay for 3 months and work online . I need a long term strategy. Please help

What was the reason the marriage visa was refused? Did she apply for a marriage visitor visa or a fiance visa? The former requires her to leave the UK after the marriage, and the latter to settle here.

Were one of her parents or her grandparents being born in the UK?
