I am from Karachi, Pakistan
My Study Visa for Ireland got rejected
attached the visa refusal letter
Now i am going for appeal
for the financial documents i've shown bank statement (with a source of where the money is coming from affidavit of support, property papers, property evaluation.
for the gap i will show them the job certificate
as they said my education documents there were inconsistencies i gave them (my matriculation and intermediate marksheets verified by the IBCC,Ilets and my school certificate)
for sponsor/applicant circumtances i've added affidavit of sponsorship, letter of partnership, rental agreements, noc
for evidence of link to sponsor i've added FRC (Family Registration Certificate) my NIC (National Identity Card)
(with translation to english) (Birth Certificate)
for the source of income the last para : i already showed them the rental agreements where the payment is coming from and a company letter head on which there was a partnership agreement
1 more thing is my father is a partner in a company the salary which he recieve monthly there is no pay slips for that what can i do about that? it is also written on a company letter head
i want to go for appeal please suggest any thing to add in these?
