Can't find answer for my situation as family member

It's hard question to answer as I have spent last few months trying to find an answer but not certain facts

I'm non EU family member who was granted settled status in March. My current eu partner and I been married for 9 years in the uk, both living and working in the UK since 2010, our relationship is coming to an end , non of us has applied for PR before due to employment gaps
my question is do I have the same rights with settled status as permanent residence?
With permanent residence you no longer dependant on your eu partner and you can divorce or EU partner cease activity in UK or even leave without your rights with PR affected
Can anyone please give me a shade of light?
As the government forgot us as family members and no enough details on what you get with Settled status, rather than guessing it's the same as permanent residence but not facts
