Question about EEA (SS route) dependent living in the Uk, working in France

Hello all,
So I am currently living in the UK, I am a dependent of a UK citizen (and I have a 5 year residence card from UK as my husband is a UK citizen because we lived together in France previously, and returned to the UK under the Surinder Singh route). Now, I have a job offer to work remotely from the UK but the job is in France, and I get paid from a French company.
My question is that if I do this job in France, will I be breaking the law? Or not?
