OBE honour in passport

Hello everyone,
I have been recently awarded an OBE. Is it possible to have it recorded in my existing passport under observations without paying for a replacement passport?

Anyone has any idea? Passport office was unable to tell me.

Call the passport office. As far as I know, they will certainly do it when you apply for a passport but not sure if they update the existing one
