Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hi

As per the link below(#48 in Page 10), when the primary switch (ex: Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General), PBS dependent need not switch until the previous leave expiry?. May I know if anyone can confirm if my understanding is correct?
