salary for IlR set M

Post by Aliza23 » Sun Jul 14, 2019 10:21 pm

Hi really hope someone can help me as I’ve done most my application form and was going to book a solicitor for advice but wanted to try my luck on here as money is a little tight.

Question is I earn 10000 from rental income on which it’s shown on my tax return etc and bank statements. The reminder of my money comes from my job which I use to work 16 hours a week and that gave me a total of 7000 a year ( shortfall of 1600) however for last 3 months I’ve increased my work hours and I now earn 14000 a year from work and again I’ve paid my monthly tax and national insurance etc on that. If you compare my 3 months of earning 1200 and 525 a month for 9 months as well as my 10000 rental income I make the threshold of 18600. Would that be a refusal or is that good enough ? I can prove I get all that money as I’ve paid tax or anything else on all that.

I’m worried as someone has tould me if they refuse there is a chance they could send me back without my daughter as she is British 😔😔. Although my husband has tould me many times that’s not true

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Hi thanks for your reply, my husband is self employed and if I had added his income like for FLR I would have got it or even just alone on his income but his tax returns etc are not done and there’s no chance all can be done in the 4 weeks remaining. We totally messed up with the dates of knowing when it was going to expire that’s why only my income is the best possible way now.
