T2 ICT dependant Visa Intended Date of Travel

Hi,

I have T2 Ict visa and I am in UK right now.
I have applied for a tier 2 ICT dependant visa for my wife and the appointment for Biometric is on 26th July. We have put 10th Oct as her Intended day of travel.

I just want to know what from and to date does the entry clearance Visa will be granted for in this case. I know it's generally given for 30 days but does it start from 10th October in this case or will it be earlier?

This question because we want to know the time frame we have when she needs to travel as it needs to be a little flexible.
