Child Passport not received

Hi,
I am just wondering if anyone can advise me on the Settlement Application,
i Applied for my wife and daughter for settlement visa, after all this carry on finally received a text from VFS saying collect your passport, my wife received her passport with visa approved but they didn't get my child passport, VFS said it would arrive soon and you will get a separate email, i am been waiting for nearly two weeks now and still have not receive my child passport.
i emailed vfs couple of time and no response whats so ever....i don't know who should i contact ?
