EEA FAMILY PERMIT

Hello, I have got a query about EEA family permit. My brother got EEA FAMILY permit and is expired in a month . Can my brother extend family permit to two years or he need to apply for 5 year resident card. He is married to french national and they have a child that is also french. And they are in uk now . Thanks in advance for help and guidance thanks

The three of them should go through the EU Settlement Scheme, first his wife and then your brother and their son, using her application reference number. It's the easiest way.
